      In charge of all day to day store operations Ability to create own schedule, to a degree Good benefits and 401(k) options

      Cons

      Constant micromanagement from district management team Often requires working way more than the 48 scheduled hours Will take away store employees if sales goals are not met Unfair budgets which our quarterly and yearly bonuses are based on

      Learned a lot, how to run a business, developed entrepreneurial skills i never would have otherwise. Not too demanding, relatively "chill" and no stress.

      Long hours, weekends, bonus hard to attain.
