Pros

Good experience; inclusive team (depending on where you are); great training programs; opportunity to grow.

Cons

Tough schedule; lack of work life balance; can be physically demanding from time to time; male dominant industry - potentially hostile working environment (again, it depends on which location you work at).

Pros

Great 401k, can advance as quickly as you want. Constant training and learning opportunities. Pay is just above average.

Cons

No family feel at all, your biggest competitor is your co-worker. Very clique culture, if you are new it does not matter what your accomplishments are you won’t fit in. Makes it difficult to move to a new position knowing you have to prove yourself over and over again.
