Pros

Nothing I can think of. Manager did a good job at selling job so I accepted. Later to realize it was a bad idea

Cons

Lifting heavy paint and delivering to construction sites. Dispatchers were very rude and treated you like dirt. Extremely labor intensive.

Pros

Benefits are good. Bonuses can be good at times. Make A lot of promises at first, then get lost in the mix.

Cons

Very poor middle management. Butt kissers get ahead, hard workers get passed over.

Pros

Pay was decent as well as the medical benefits. Still offer a 401K match.

Cons

Life is only good if you "grew up Sherwin." If you didn't start as an intern or in a store when you were 17, don't bother. Women are extremely catty, likely because of the old school "good ole boys" mentality, women tend to fight more and talk more behind each other's backs. If you want decent pay and to be "ok" 40 hours a week so you can live your real life and not worry about people at work, this is an ok company. If you want to grow and make a difference, go somewhere else.
