the day to day work in incredibly menial. No amount of staff support to tend to customer interactions, basic cleaning duties, or anything else. What this means is that you have a gigantic pile of basic part sales clerk work to do to keep the store running and in store customers satisfied, these are NOT used for metrics on reviews or promotions. The things that ARE measured on metrics are the behind the scenes parts, building a customer base, upgrading customers, finding new customers, training staff ( if you have one or two people under you) are typically put on the back burner to simply keep the store running. Expect to work at least 10 hours every week overtime, off the clock.

There is no team mentality between the sales reps and facilities. Long hours with very little incentive. Upper management does not have an understanding of how facility is run and huge disconnect between upper management and goals for facilities vs sales and no cohesive plan.
