Pros

The people you work with in the store usually make going to work more enjoyable.

Cons

Say that they promote within but only want to promote men. Terrible customers that wine about everything. Very few people in store, basically run it half the time although only 2 people get paid what the job deserves (manager/assistant). District management in the Eastern Division, at least, is not professional and has made me want to leave this company.

Pros

Great pay. Its pretty hard to argue with the pay and bonuses that you recieve.

Cons

However, your store is your ball and chain. Forget about having a three day weekend to visit family or taking a sick day. If youre management and you need to take a day off, everyone acts like you tried to rob and orphan.
