Pros

Driving all over the place and meeting a lot of people. Having your own independence and not being told what to do all the time

Cons

Never getting full-time and having to work so hard when no one acknowledges your hard work. Some deliveries are hard because of what you have to walk around or certain things in your way

Pros

It is corporate company with a casual work enviorment. Also, it has a relaxed atmosphere, great for relationship building with customers.

Cons

No fair opportunities for advancement, will be overworked and under staffed. Big disconnect from upper management to the employees at the store level.
