Pros

People are super nice and helpful. It's not a high stress environment, and a lot of the employees are good friends.

Cons

The departments are segregated and the cubicles make collaborating very difficult. People who have been there longer are treated as more important compared to people who are much smarter.

Pros

If you like working overtime and having no other life this is the job for you.

Cons

Corporate and real world do not line up. Minimum staffing allowed while marketing initiatives and budgets pile up. Huge push for minorities and women to higher postions so good luck if youre a white male. Look forward to 300 hour months

Pros

Younger group of employees makes the work environment fun and energetic at times

Cons

Dispatch (which is based in Detroit) does a terrible job of finding the fastest and most efficient route when making deliveries. They normally weren't very receptive to routes that the drivers suggested.
