Was nice to get a job right out of college making 40k. Surrounded by good people in my store never clocked out for lunch
Cons
Long hours hurts your back dumb painters upper management is clueless and has no idea what is going on in store , only care about numbers also your boss and your boss's boss they get moved around so much. building strong relationships with them is pointless which sucks because they are in charge of your promotions but they just leave in a year or 2 so your handwork that gets noticed goes away because there is a new guy to take their place . which makes moving up really hard because the reset button gets pressed and promises are unkept. that is why i left. they jerk you around to much want to transfer ???? fat chance in hell, you are number not a person
