- Helping customers achieve their vision is rewarding - Great opportunity out of college - Chance to learn everything and more about the paint industry

Cons

- Not having the informational resources to answer questions about the products (No, the instore materials do not help. Customers want literature to take home with them.) - No real effective way to train new employees - Upgrade the internal communications systems as employees are not well informed on products, sales, etc
