Pros

Average - above average salary for recent college graduate. Faster career growth than non-management trainee employees.

Cons

95% physical labor - 3% office work - 1% transferable skills. Retail environment. Schedule sucks, once you are placed after 6-8 week training kiss your weekends and evenings goodbye. Work/Life balance is laughable at best. Be prepared to work with idiots for the most part. Full-Time hours - part time lunch breaks.
