Pros

Good Salary, Great Benefits, great training program. Employees treated with respect (from my experience).

Cons

Heavy Lifting, dirty work environment (but its a paint store, so duh!). I left the company because the physical nature of lifting a bunch of 5 gallon buckets of paint was too much for me. And the chemical coatings industry was not where I wanted to be career-wise long term. Nothing against the company, itself. MTP's start out in retail, but there is opportunity for growth if you want to stay with the company. There was even a mentoring type support group for women in the company. The training was thorough and I felt like they really cared about the growth of their employees, as far as the Management Training Program went.

Cons

Really fulfilling not a lot of responsibility] for a management trainee there really is nothing more than retail sales associate
