Pros

Stable company. Salary and benefits are good

Cons

IMO downtown Cleveland is a terrible location. Outside of stores employees, don't expect much of a well defined career path. If you're young in the IT world, consider looking else where until you're further along in your career.

Pros

Pay, benefits, culture, teamwork, global respect.

Cons

Great inconsistencies across/between different departments (budget, technology, values, leniency), mixed messages from company heads (was told our dept. would be experiencing growth and then hours were cut soon after), new positions awarded w/no increase in pay (only raise given at yearly review) giving no reason you would want to advance within the department.

Pros

Good products, good benefits(if full time), different challenge every day, very reasonable hours for a retail establishment, decent starting pay for someone with a degree

Cons

If your manager sucks your job sucks, practically impossible to get promoted without a degree, diversity has become such a focus that less skilful employees will be hired if they help fill a "diversity need"
