Pros
This is a huge company that does a lot of business and has many stores all over. This was a plus when I did the internship at home and it was easy for me to transfer around to different stores that needed help. The pay is fair for the job, if you can learn the info and sell, the management possibilities are good and they offer a good base pay and all the trimmings (benefits and many options). The hours are good, most stores close at or around 7 pm.
Cons
Don't for one second think that this will be a light weight job, this job demands a lot on the body. Not to say its not manageable but paint is heavy (10 lbs avg) and with 40 lb boxes and 50 lb five gallon buckets it could be rough for some. But other than the weight of the job and being on your feet (anywhere) its not that bad...
