No support if you don’t have staff, as a manager you will work long hours with bare bone staff and not get extra pay

Pros

The pay is good for a retail like job. The people you work directly with can make this job bearable. Some customers are great too. If you have a great year; you can absolutely make a nice bonus.

Cons

For managers, 48 hours a week mandatory is ridiculous and it’s monitored to the T. Short staff. Hard to take time off and not feel like you’re still working at times. District leadership is the worst. Constant check the box stuff that doesn’t matter. Corporate fairness all over. Wish I worked for real authentic people. Always pushing for more more MORE! Had a nice win? Great. Produce MORE. All about stock price, investors, forget the employees and people on the ground.
