Pros

They offer a 401k. Flex time, personal time, and vacation time.

Cons

Weird merit system. It's retail, Painter's and Customer's can be a pain to deal with. Especially Painter's that love to haggle with prices. 401k match used to be 6% now it's 3%. Not much opportunities, unless you're really into the coatings business and are willing to put in the work to perform well. Must have good numbers to move up and be likeable. Have to meet unrealistic goals yearly/quarterly. Your coworkers (team) will make or break your experience. Slow and outdated systems.

Pros

They pay really well Pretty good benefits Fancy building to work in

Cons

Fancy building is already falling apart. Expensive to go to work (parking). Room for growth in certain departments, but not all. Be careful. Valspar acquisition began the companies downfall. It feels like they want people to quit (5 days in office, pulling 401k match, etc)
