-Awesome benefits for full-time employees -Networking with other stores for customer and market base to acquire knowledge of products for contractors -You can fast-track your career depending on your career goals. -If you don't know anything about paint, no worries as there are meetings held throughout the year for product demos and numerous resources at the store level for daily learning and product recommendations to contractors and DIYs

Cons

-Management can be a little micromanaging -Open on Sundays, all stores should be closed as commercial stores are the only ones closed on Sundays -Rude customers sometimes, but you have to know your customers and their business style, Sherwin Williams does have policies to limit and end customer business when needed. -work/life balance can be interesting, it all depends on your store location
