Pros

benefits and overall the people at the company are nice

Cons

long hours. You are salary capped, Managers work 48 hours min a week. Very common to work open to close or if you have a closer you can leave early but then you would be at work 6 days a week to make sure you get the hours.

Pros

Great benefits, opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

Supply chain issues (2021-2022). Bonus reliant on sales goals but not being able to hit goals because of supply chain shortage. Very Demanding schedule. You must work 48 hrs minimum, but do not get compensated if you work more. It is encouraged to work more hours to be promoted. Very old operating system (think windows 95) and websites to support employees.
