      Pros

      The people. That is honestly it. Coworkers are what keep me semi-sane

      Cons

      -No work life balance -Upper Management breathes down our neck, especially with unrealistic goals from their management -Major disconnect between way upper management and our district management and us -Management hires anyone who can breathe and will promote people faster than those who have done their time (pre-selected favorites for jobs), so no job is really fair game -multi-ethnic group new last year but yet doesn’t ever communicate with anyone else on events or community building events for other employees to attend/take part in

      Flexible scheduling that worked with my school schedule. Closed or half days for major holidays. Easy work, relaxed environment. Allowed me to go home with no stress

      Cons

      Lots of products that take some time to learn. Not much training for the different products and their uses. Was more of a learn as you go.
