Pros

Mindless, easy work if you know what you are doing.

Cons

Boss had little to no knowledge of painting houses. Supplies, and safety was little to none.

Pros

The company does hired from with-in, if you willing to drink the Kool-Aid. The pay is fair from Assistant manager and up.

Cons

Hard-work and having good working ethic is not always rewarded. Corporate America politics. They stay 48 hour for Store manager but it turn into 50 plus because you are not given to staff to equip store properly.

Pros

This company doesn't close stores Bonus structure is good if you are in a good store with potential to grow The company's stock is out the roof and growing!!!!! If managers could be managers and not every role because of no staffing, the job would be fantastic!!!!!

Cons

The work load is ridiculous given the size of staff Lead Generation of 30 calls minimum is hard to do some weeks and faked by most employees Only 4 days closed during the year and sundays are an absolute joke to be open for. The district manager's added rules are inconsistent across districts and at times break labor laws.
