Pros

The company cares about it's employees An environment committed to excellence Responsibilities that are rewarding Good products are easy to sell with confidence Very good customers and co-workers (in my experience) Retirement plan

Cons

The nature of this job is very tedious. (with colors, application directions, and explaining directions to customers- very often, you'll say the same things over and over) Customers that complain about your service or products at their own fault is typical. Some products smell really bad, and you must work with them on a regular basis
