Pros

The training is hands on and very crucial. I learned alot from this company

Cons

The people in this company are very cutt throat, Stores will steal sales just for a mediocre bonus check and recognition. Dealing with contractors was awful. Imagine dirt bags that think they own you because they do business with you. Constant haggling of prices without getting them mad, or upsetting your superior

Pros

Big company that treats you well with lots of opportunities to advance your career. Always look to hire from within before anyone else normally.

Cons

Depends on your store, but being short staffed was an every day occurrence at my store. My store did a million dollars annually but we were only allowed one part time employee next to myself and store manager.

Pros

good bonuses if you hit budgets, Management gets to know you, can advance quickly if your good at sales (opening new accounts, etc) Not an office job

Cons

hours of operation and not enough employees to cover the hours, too many sales, low salary for the work. A lot of physical work.
