Pros

Good pay, above minimum wage. Some stores might have you driving a lot (a pro if you like driving)

Cons

Can really be exhausting. It probably depends on the store and how much product you move.

Pros

It's a steady job that is hard to get fired, there are days where you'll have 3-4 hours of downtime between customers, so if you stay caught up with your duties, the job isn't difficult.

Cons

There used to be a tv playing for customers until upper management axed it. Stores are open 7 days a week & only closed on the big holidays, New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Now open until about 4 on 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, you get the idea. Opening hours are being extended during "Super Sales" on friday & monday of sale untill 8, not very family friendly. Typically a skeleton crew is used at store, because that is all that SW allows, very strict on overtime.
