Pros

Great experience and a great work out

Cons

Management was terrible. He was only concerned with making sales instead of thinking about his employees

Pros

Good Vacation hours, great benifits.

Cons

Continously work more than scheduled hours and asked constantly not to have overtime! Staff has become slimmer and slimmer over the past year! SW wants more concentration on DIY but doesn't give us the staff to do so. SW needs to check in on managers more, some are driving the stores and employees to the ground! Completely physical job, pretty much you stand for 10 hours a day and when its busy there is no eating. The two worst things: cutting staff but adding on responsibility! Revieiws are based on the mishaps of having a bad manager!!!!
