Pros

good benefits There is lots of room for advancement as they are growing very quickly The bonuses are pretty good if your store does well

Cons

You're selling paint and working with contractors. The people around you are not the most driven. If you're in the right store is like working with a bunch of friends. If you;re in the wrong store it can be a nightmare

Pros

-Great manager -Delegation of tasks are very communal; there isn't a huge overbearing pecking order and the manager would often do the very same things we did -Very inclusive place to work -Managment assigned responsibility -There is a set task and goal in mind -Learn a lot about the working class, it's a good first job

Cons

-Same cons as any retail job really -Sometimes customers or contractors wont take you seriously -odds of getting paint spilled on you at some point is pretty high -sometimes you'll get sore from the lifting
