job stability - virtually no chance that you are going to get fired for under-performance salary is average strong relationships with co-workers product line - top in industry benefits

Cons

manual labor dealing with stubborn and/or uneducated customers managing/working with unmotivated employees (all depends on your store) may reach a ceiling if you are unwilling to locate

the company takes care of its people. flexible great pay benefits and time off no sundays for hourly employees great upper management

trucks are a pain in the rear. regular customers can be pushy learning curve to products and computer systems sometimes slow and boring
