Pros

great stepping stone job. Meet some great people and the training is the best there is to offer.

Cons

District Managers and regional mangers can be a pain to deal with. District Managers like to choose there favorites and forget about the rest of their team. They also like to cheat out their team by providing less bonuses for the ones that work harder than others.

Pros

Good work environment. I liked the people I worked with. Not a very stressful job. Be responsible and you will do fine and enjoy your experience.

Cons

Sometimes making a large drywall mud delivery or stocking a lot of pallets of inventory can be quite a bit of manual labor. Usually not too bad though.

Pros

Many opportunities to move up within the company, promotions based on performance, great co-workers, awesome benefits, not a suit and tie environment, fun store environment, great training programs

Cons

In order to be promoted, most likely you will have to relocate (not always a con, but many relocations, especially for corporate positions, will be to Cleveland).
