Pros

Great people to work with and thats about it.

Cons

The company is squeezing every drop of blood out of their employees at the moment. Paint Store employees are now forced to open at 6AM and staffing levels remain below pre-COVID levels. Technical and remote employees just recently forced to work 8 hrs today up from 7.5/7.75 with no salary adjustment. And after promising office personnel that hybrid work would remain untouched moving into the future, the CEO announced that employees would return to office 5 days a week starting 1/1/26. I feel bad for parents who now have to figure out additional childcare with no additional compensation. Absolutely run from any job offer right now!

Pros

Team members are willing to collaborate and help each other. Good pay, decent benefits

Cons

First, leadership institutes a job architecture restructuring that causes a ton of people to get demoted without any input from their managers, then they institute a "voluntary separation program" (pretty much layoffs), then they announce that we will be returning to office full time in 2026. It seems that leadership doesn't want any employees to be happy working here.
