Pros

Good quality paint. I didn’t have to fake anything when selling the paint at the store

Cons

Run if you can. Pay is horrible. 47,000 a year for someone with a degree. Not worth it. They wanted to keep up with the market so they gave me 35 more cents ….LOL On top of everything they make you work 44 hrs. Norm is 40 hrs and management trainee positions starts off at 55,000 a year. Not to mention it feels like working for a dictator. Upper management is in charge of having the last say of whether you can or not take days off. This company likes to cut corners with their employees to save money.

Pros

3 week vacation and above average 401k match.

Cons

Had me bouncing around from different stores in Indianapolis. Orignally lived about 45 minutes from indy but would have me going to a store that was almost a 2 hour drive and could not give me a permanent placement. Too much to learn about paint. Some terrible creepy customers.
