Very siloed and slow decision making. Hasn't made the leap from being a multinational to truly global company, yet. Very Cleveland-centric.

Sherwin cam put someone on "probation" at their banners rebiew. The performance improvement plan is basically a process where they strong arm the employee to quit. The employee gets notified he or she is on probation. They have two weeks to improve, ot they can quit with a "severance bonus." If you try to shape up, and don't, you're fired without any pay. If the employee takes the first option of resignation, he or she has to sign a document agreeing not to sue for wrongful termination. -Roaches everywhere -Staff in "Corporate" side are treated much better than the "Domestic" side.
