      Pros

      Stock and 401 k, great benefits plan

      Cons

      The downside to this company is the wage is very low for the work that is required of you. a lot of unreal expectations in Metro NY.- Down 4 years in a row Understaffed stores.Training lacks a hands on application approach. Store management appears to be overwhelmed with the demands from clientele which prevents them from truly investing time into their employees.

      401k, solid pay, training on all aspects of the business, working with small business owners, opportunity to advance if you're willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Understaffed, work life balance, micromanaged, too many initiatives, burnout, turnover, unrealistic sales goals, out of touch upper management, leadership style is to whip and pound.

      There are no pros for working at this company. I honestly can't think of any.

      Where to begin.. awful management, major favoritism to those who flirt and touch customers, HR doesn't care about you and only cares to protect the company, customer are rude and vulgar yet upper management lets it slide because it's a sale for them, long hours, working every weekend (at least in my store,) the worst people to ever work with, everyone legit tells on each other like we are in kindergarten, lots of backstabbing and fakeness. This was in New Jersey. I'm not sure how it is in other locations. But do yourself a favor.. if you went to college and have a degree, do NOT work retail, especially at Sherwin Williams. Also, there is NO work life balance. Save yourself from this company!
