Pros
- Learn about the overall aspects of running a business - As a job straight out of college, helped get my career started in the business world
Cons
- Work-life balance does not exist whatsoever - Work weekends and closing shifts -- pretty much another full-time store employee who has to deal with the stress of a manager on the week days - Once you are in and placed at a store, it feels impossible to get out. If you start the training program and find that it isn't a good fit, I recommend leaving ASAP - Just working in retail is a struggle, and burn out rate is insane
