401k match paused, forced RTO, new HQ isn’t big enough for all employees, $200 monthly parking.

Pros

The pay is ok compared to the market

Cons

Safety is not a priority and the benefits used to be great but they’re starting to cut them. Management doesn’t know what they’re doing and have no knowledge of the work and processes they oversee.

Pros

Good teammates, NeW sHiNy OfFiCe

Cons

Mid 2025 (after a massive layoff to elderly staff) they've introduced a 5 day RTO (killing a perk that made working for them appealing), cut company 401k contributions (likely as long as they legally can), stopped open access to Udemy for learning, stopped pro-rated discount tower city parking (only $40 per month), charge $10 per day for lot parking and $200 per month for garage parking (they built themselves)...effectively creating a way to weed out other employees that didnt take th "voluntary separation" and finishing a 401k-funded HQ without adequate employee parking.
