Pros

Magic beans (stock options) might be worth something some day.

Cons

Senior/Top management is a bunch of arrogant elitists that expect you to be thankful to work 60+ hour weeks. Even top performers are worried they’ll be fired. Middle management are slave drivers that does not care about mission, which just makes the nonsense “make service members proud” lip service to exploit the government.

Incredibly toxic work environment. The current manager has it out for his employees; gaslights them, reports them to HR for literally anything. Don’t work here
