      Pros

      Work on the most interesting cutting edge robotics possible. Build systems that literally save lives. Rapidly grow professionally. Get opportunities to work on stuff you normally wouldn't. Learn from a team of smart, hard working, collegial people. Be early stage in a company with great potential. Free lunch, free parking, low cost gym in the building.

      Cons

      Hard work and high performance is expected every day. During crunch times we put in long hours.

      Pros

      -The team / the people: They've managed to attract an extremely impressive group of experts (look at the bios on the website). Best of all, everyone is really kind. You do not see this combination every day. -The leadership is the best I have worked with. They genuinely care about the success of the individuals on this team and spend a lot of time focusing on how to help people exceed their potential. -Cutting-edge technology: sounds like a buzz word statement but it's true. -Mission: the mission and purpose of this company is the first opportunity I have had to make a real difference in the world and be part of something much bigger than myself. It's obvious this is at the core of what drives people to bring their A game every single day.

      Cons

      None! If I had to say one thing, maybe that it is a fast growing startup - with which comes growing pains and more work than there is time. That's being said.. that's why you join a startup. The hours are long and the work is hard -- but I don't see anyone complaining.
