      Terrible Company, Terrible Management

      Pros

      Not much, pretty decent pay but not competitive for experience. Hopefully a company where equity will actually pay off, but seems like the leadership team is far from achieving that goal, if ever.

      Cons

      Terrible management. No leadership, only slave drivers who are given more responsibility and promotions for being hard lined with no empathy. Even if you have many years of experience and work your tail off from sun up to sun down, if your manager thinks they are better (this is always the case), you get run out of the company or given a bad review. Ivy League doesn’t equal good leadership. Male dominated culture where tons of women left the company and nothing was done by legal/hr/leadership.

      High expectations but very disappointing results

      Pros

      Good benefits and PTO. Location for work is good and comes with perks of traveling if you enjoy that.

      Cons

      Worst mangers I’ve ever been associated with or have ever worked for. Everyone thinks they’re better than the next guy and will treat you that way especially if you’re a younger guy who knows a lot in your field you will be down played and not taken serious at all. Your opinion and concern doesn’t matter if you’re not in a more senior position and role. Everyone steps on one another and nothing really gets done because they keep changing the product before it becomes the standard. It’s a dumpster fire of a company and I’d stay far far away.

      Intense workload and lots of personal responsibility. You must be dedicated in order to keep up
