      Pros

      - Strong values that are emphasized regularly and are reinforced and incentivized culturally. - Excellent mission that imbues employees with a sense of purpose. - Work with people that are sharp, motivated, and kind. I am constantly being challenged by my fellow employees and am always learning from them. - Effective and inspiring leadership team that is comprised of experts in their respective fields.

      Cons

      - Expect to work longer hours than say, a typical SF tech company, but this is easily offset by the satisfaction and enjoyment I get working to support a strong mission with people I greatly enjoy being around.

      Pros

      - Mission and values driven company/team. The focus on mission and values is very real and unique. Working here is very meaningful and fulfilling. - Company culture - Everybody works hard, works together toward common goals, and has fun. It is a great place to be where people genuinely care for each other. The team is awesome. - Cutting edge technology - The intersection of robotics, artificial intelligence, for the defense sector is very exciting. Every day we are doing things that have never been done and creating products for the future. - Work life balance - We work hard but it is not unreasonable. Flexible schedules and remote access allow for healthy work life balance. Many employees have young families. Best work-life balance I have had.

      Cons

      - Young company, experiencing growing pains. Lots of work to do transitioning to programs and processes that will endure. - Keeping up with fast growth.

      Pros

      The biggest "pro" is the employees -- Shield AI has build a team of really talented individuals who are not only great at what they do, but also kind and generous teammates.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly. As such, we've experienced some growing pains, including short-staffed periods which require everyone to pull long hours. These can be frustrating to live through, but I can definitely see a clear path forward and it's clear that management is committed to getting it right.
