Pros

Overtime (mostly) always available. Colleagues are easy to get along with Different patients everyday, new and sometimes exciting cases everyday Solid job security

Cons

They treat us like we're machines. Scheduling and the higher ups think shortening the patients scan times to fill the templates more is a great way to get more patients done, but in reality the centers fall behind constantly and patients are mad at the clinical staff. Techs need bathroom breaks. Older patients need more time to get a helping hand, not feel rushed.
