Pros

Family owned, yet lots of opportunity for growth. Hard-work will get you noticed. Great PTO and competitive pay. Nice team atmosphere.

Cons

Its a fast-paced environment, with high-expectations from staff, and where change is to be expected as the company grows. Not sure this is a con but just the way of it. Shields is not the place for those looking to coast but is the place for those willing to put in the work and seize all of the opportunities offered.
