The Hours are flexible work with schedule

Where should I start was want hired for what I applied for was told had to be an employee there six months to year before I can apply alot of favoritism no person of color as supervisor or management at all . At this point think of filing discrimination from what I've been through. No organization have worked over a year no pay raise when asked manganment just say they don't know .

Pros

Everyone is friendly, happy to help and collaborate. Skills are easily obtained solving problems for the company. They treat you well, always provide some sort of free merchandise and occasionally invite the entire department on outings.

Cons

The pay was low, management is difficult to get a hold of and doesn’t communicate well. When I asked for a raise that I felt strongly that I deserved, I was deferred to another employee for a review, then was forgotten about for months after being promised a follow up and reaching out multiple times. I performed a self evaluation that wasn’t even reviewed by management for several months. I was eventually furloughed due to COVID, and promised a position by the time furlough ended. I then wasn’t notified until the last week of furlough that I would actually be without a job once furlough ended.
