      Work os very rewarding. Pay and insurance are excellent. This is also the first company I’ve worked for that promotes the employees.

      Cons

      Training is not good and you’re kind of thrown to the wolves. Too many chiefly and not enough Indians.

      The New York region has the poorest work culture of any organization that I've been employed with. However, New York operates in a silo and i've heard that leadership in other region treats their people much better.
