The poor fools who work here are nice people and deserve better.

Cons

Everything. One of the most toxic work places I've ever had the displeasure of working at. Management are as aggressive as they are useless. I'd say it might be them expressing frustration that they sell a rubbish product and screw over their customers but likely its more just they're just idiots.

A lot of opportunities, great team members across the org. Forward thinking.

Cons

Communication and directives can be disjointed and a lot of leads are forced to act responsively by high leadership. Not a huge con but did cause confusion and frustration at times.

Cons

Slow takeover of a company they bought, didn't feel like they cared about our customers or us. Forced a large price increase, internal reworkings, 2 rounds of lay-offs across all companies, which the first one made me not trust them after they kicked a bunch of people from their jobs, was hit by the second lay-off after promises from higher-ups that there wouldn't be any, and HR was speaking about new benefits and more pay for months before that, leadership seems disconnected from their employees. Otherwise, not a great experience with them.
