Pros: The people at Finaro are generally nice Management invests in building and maintaining a positive company culture. It's a solid place to begin your career, especially for entry-level professionals. I enjoyed most of my time working at Finaro.

Cons

high turnover rate among team leaders. I rarely had the chance to work with a good team leader during my time there. The work in payment processing can feel unengaging, so it's crucial to make sure this field is a good fit for you before joining.
