A good company to start with
Pros
I have worked for Shift4 for a little over a year now and I can say I have definitely enjoyed my time here. It can be stressful sometimes and sometime all the time because we are a 24/7 call center. No matter how busy we are our management never forces or requires anyone to work overtime. You do get a lot of vacation time the longer you are with the company. Starting here was pretty stressful in the beginning because there is a LOT to learn, but everyone is always willing to help. This is not a job for everyone. Management is nice and makes you feel a part of the team, but like any company in existence there is favoritism. On the busier weeks they bring lunch for everyone.
Cons
Compensation could be A LOT better considering Shift4 is a multi-billion dollar company and #1 in its category. Medical benefits could also use some improving.
