I've been part of the Shift4 mission since 2017, and there are many reasons for why I intend on being here for years to come. - Firstly, our product offering gives me an enormous amount of pride. If you don't believe in what you are offering, you shouldn't be offering it at all. We've developed some amazing state-of-the-art technology products that power commerce and the spirit of entrepreneurship. I hope that soon we will be able to show the entire world what we have been working on over the past few years. #PROUD!!! - Great leadership and guidance is what my team expects of me. It's also what I expect from our CEO and Shift4's executive leadership team. It's difficult to describe what leadership is at Shift4, without writing a mile-long essay, but all I can say is that I admire his/their boldness in not adding the word "impossible" to anything that we aspire to achieve. #BOLDNESS!!! - Last but not least, the most important reason is the team that I'm working with. There are not enough words that can describe how passionate the entire team is about making a difference in the ways that we enable our customers to maximize their success in this very challenging environment. My team is the enzyme that kick starts my motivation every day.

In my 20+ year career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with numerous companies, but none have quite left an impression like my current employer. If I were to describe my experience here in just a few words, it would be “It’s like a rollercoaster ride, but you never want to get off.” What I love most about working here? That’s easy - the infectious energy that permeates through every corner of the office, turning seemingly mundane tasks into an exhilarating adventure. At other companies, once a colleague leaves for greener pastures, it’s often a case of “out of sight, out of mind.” But here, it’s quite the opposite. It’s as if our company has a magnetic force that draws former employees back into its orbit. I suppose it’s hard to resist the gravitational pull of a workplace that constantly challenges you, encourages growth, and rewards your efforts with a sense of ownership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. Now, I must say, this isn’t a place for those who prefer a leisurely Sunday drive. No, our company is more like a high-speed car chase, where the adrenaline keeps you on your toes and your colleagues have your back. And if you ever need a reminder of our company values, look no further than our fearless leader, Jared Isaacman. Just a quick Google search will reveal his incredible initiatives with children’s hospitals and his passion for taking ordinary civilians on extraordinary journeys to space (check Netflix documentary). Now, if that doesn’t scream “sky’s the limit,” I don’t know what does. Speaking of limits, did I mention the perks? Not only do we get to work in a dynamic environment, but we’re also rewarded with company stocks that vest over time. It’s like a long-term love affair, where our commitment to the company only grows stronger with each passing day. So, to sum it up, my experience working here has been nothing short of phenomenal. It’s a company that challenges you, supports you, and makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger than yourself. And as far as I’m concerned, that’s what truly sets it apart from the rest.
