Shortly after the acquisition, there was a lot of freedom.

Cons

Extremely corporate Zero pay increases after years of service No feedback from management including yearly reviews No support from higher management Board members / C-Suite make impulsive decisions that derail roadmap Quality is not a goal of Shift4, they just want to slap a bandage on something that is already broken to market a new “feature”.
