Horrible communication Employees are usually laid off without warning. They don't find out until they try to sign in and all permissions have been revoked. People would give 2 weeks notice and be terminated immediately.

Great perks - Poor Management and lack of direction

Growing company that continues to treat employees as if it were a small company as it relates to company stock options, gifting company swag, and business trips.

Cons

The vision, reporting structure, and general direction of the department I worked in constantly changed (not always for the better). They had the highest attrition rate I have ever experienced amongst trainers (in 20 years as a training).
