Speaking only for IT team in Las Vegas: No Respect for professionality and talent No Growth No learning No Mid management layer, there are only VPs who have grassroot level "workers" reporting to them. Under paid and too old tools and technology in use. Don't expect professional environment, some who worked for a decade or more think they own the company. IT run by folks who don't know IT. Every other team grows except Vegas Team. HR is a joke, just exist for forwarding emails. Designation, grades and levels are a joke.
