Hard Truth

Pros

Benefits, stocks, insurance money, hardly but possible bonuses, snacks

Cons

A lot of stress, night shifts or really early morning shift, hard to negotiate salary rise - mission impossible, bad upper Management Ideas which hardens your day, working on holidays( red dates ). Wanted to improve my skills by enrolling into courses, but they were cancelled due to unknown reasons.
