The culture is cult-like. Daily operations are managed by a group of close associates that determines who gets to reap real profits for their efforts/employment. Expenditures are lavish when the money can go towards sales team compensation rather than 2 Chaniz personal concerts. Promotions are given to the select few, that happen quickly and are really earned, but given. Most promotions are to select individuals that have a limited grasp of roles or how to best help others succeed, but have been promoted based on their affiliation to particular individuals or sheer favoritism. Adjustments need to be made in regards to how goals and expectations are determined that clearly affect income potential. Starting salaries for roles vary based individually, although salaries are believed to be set per role. Yearly raises do not exist for AMs outside of promotions. Propaganda/staying on message are instilled even though that messaging does not align with actual reality. Shiftkey is constantly shifting to find its footing after experiencing rapid growth in a short time. Workloads can be completed remotely, yet attendance in the office is required. AMT's should expect to learn and adapt quickly, or their tenure can end at a moments notice.
