Great company to work for. You pick your own hours/schedule & choose what facilities & pay rate you’re comfortable with before you book which’s wonderful. Pay is great & fast.

Cons

Poor communication. Hard to get a hold of staffing specialists. Company doesn’t take out taxes so you’ll have to account for that yourself & will end up paying it all end of each year. Not enough shifts available within 10-20 mile distance. I have to drive 45 min to over an hour for decent shifts most of the time.
